Rena was super nice and explained why my ear might be ringing. It all made sense. Her calm way of explaining things made me relax. I felt very at ease after meeting with her. There is also a little comfort dog that greats you too. This puppy was also very sweet welcome to Ascent Audiology and Hearing.

Ascent Audiology is fantastic. Dr. Rena, Wade and Beth are the best. They have been great through the whole process. They are extremely knowledgeable and the customer service is great. We highly recommend them to anyone searching for an audiologist.

My daughter has worn hearing aids since she was a baby. We have been with Rena since 2019 (age 8). She is a kind, patient and effective provider. Her staff have always been helpful and accommodating, and Rena makes us feel like family. Anytime there is a breakdown in equipment or an emergency, they are there for us. Rena explains things in a way you can understand. It's also helpful that there are two locations! Highly recommend this team!

I had been unable to use my hearing aids for 4 years because they kept falling out. Rena put in longer wires and they are working great! She taught me how to put them in correctly.I am so grateful

I have been wearing hearing aids for approximately 4 years. Starkey hearing aids are high quality state of the art products. I have needed a few repairs and the service is prompt. Dr. Rena is patient and kind. She is truly dedicated to her patients and is always readily available. Beth who is the contact person in the Somerset office is exceptional. She truly cares about each patient and could give a master class on customer service. My quality of life improved 100 % since wearing hearing aids. This is a top notch no gimmicks establishment.

Always on time. Friendly and helpful. My hearing aids were not performing well at home, so I scheduled an appointment. Rather than pushing a new purchase, Reina cleaned my current hearing aids and even showed me how to clean them myself. The result was amazing. I feel the future is bright!
